How to Request a Return

Make your free return within 14 working days (from the delivery date) with SDA/Poste Italiane!
We remind you that: it is not possible to exchange items, only returns.

You can return the products purchased if they fall within the terms set out in our Right of Withdrawal regulation.

USE OUR FREE “EASY RETURNS” SERVICE

1) Attach the self-adhesive label with the barcode that you found inside the package to the outside of the package.
2) You can book the collection directly to your home by calling the toll-free number 803.160 and specifying the "Crono Reverse Service" or deliver the package to a Post Office or Post Office Point. If you want to find the delivery point or locker closest to you Click here .

When preparing your package for return, remove all previous labels.
Remember to always take a photo of the label you attach to your return or write down the tracking code and keep it until the refund has been received.
