Click and Collect

It is a fast, simple and free purchasing method that allows you to order the products available in our online store and collect them directly from our physical store once the order has been processed.

How does it work?

  1. Order online
  2. Make the payment online via credit cards and/or Paypal
  3. Select the "collect in store" delivery option at checkout
  4. You will receive a first email confirming receipt of the order, wait for the second email confirming acceptance which will indicate that the product is available
  5. Go to the store to collect your order, remember to bring an identity document and your order reference with you
  6. If you wish, you can try the item purchased directly in the store, respecting the queue
  7. If the items purchased do not fit, you can only change the size, if available, or give up on the purchase and wait for a refund. refunds will take place only and exclusively online, the point of sale cannot absolutely issue vouchers or return money: you will be contacted by our customer support for the refund
  8. Please ensure you collect the product(s) you ordered within 8 days, after which the order will be cancelled

Your order will be available for collection after just 30 minutes.


USEFUL INFORMATION FOR COLLECTING IN STORE
When picking up in store you will be asked to sign a copy of the order and fill out a collection form. The identity document presented must be the same as indicated on the collection form. Your order will be available for collection at the store during the store's opening hours: for more information visit the dedicated section on our website. You can return it in store or via the ONLINE RETURN service. It is not possible to change the model or color of the goods in the store but only the size, if available. If you want to change the model you can purchase it separately and your original order will be refunded online. In case of withdrawal you will be refunded via the payment method used for the online purchase, even if the return is requested in store. With CLICK & COLLECT you will always have priority access to the store, go to reception immediately.
